There is comfort in the sound.

It’s been forever since I’ve actually put something creative out in the world. Sure there was that 1010 “Electronic Music Machine” business. If you haven’t heard it, check it out. It should be posted somewhere on my tumblr.. 

I just want to proudly say that I am now finally working on my album.  If you heard The Electronic Music Machine, just know that it’s nothing like that.  I’m not really a beat maker.. I’m a song writer, a sonic expressionist if you will.. haha.  This album is going to be all original music from my head.. along with the help of other collective heads haha.

As far as the “beat making” goes. I just kind of got fed up with the saturation of the same kinds of beats producers are coming out with.. everything just sounding like an upgraded version of each other.  Everyone seems to want to be the new Dilla for Flylo.. 

I’m not done with it though. I’ll have more releases in the summer. One called “Low Fidelity” and the other called “The Electronic Music Machine 2”. (puhpuhpuh pluug..).

These releases will have nothing to do with the album I’m working on now though..

but yeah… um..

Isn’t it funny how life lines up in such an uncanny fashion?  

Those times where you realize how many things in your life line up to set you up for certain moments that define your character.  Moments that remind us that there is no such thing as coincidence.

Everything I need to complete this album came into my life as if it were magnetically attracted..  

I haven’t been this excited about my music for a while now. I’m literally losing sleep thinking about it as I type..

As far as what the album will sound like? I have no idea.. but I find comfort in that.
